This cleaning kit cleans the air intake, valves and EGR valve completely. Soot will be removed, the idle speed restored and consequently lower the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions contain less NOx.

Only a fuel additive in the fuel or cleaning the EGR valve through a spray does not give a complete result. Therefore Bardahl has a cleaning kit, consisting of 2 phases, that clean the EGR valve and the entire intake system.

When Bardahl EGR cleaning kit is used, you will acheive the following results:

• Removes soot, varnish, sludge from the entire intake system including EGR valve.
• Restores air circulation in the combustion chamber.
• Ensures a perfect combustion.
• Reduces fuel consumption.
• Improves / restores engine performance.
• Suitable for diesel particulate filters and catalysts.
   

After this treatment, the diesel engine is completely cleaned. To keep this clean and to avoid future problems it is recommended that every 3000 miles a Bardahl Common Rail Diesel Injector Cleaner is added.
